Abortion Poems

Please be aware-This abortion poem does not intend to offend but to show the true cost of abortion, some people may find it upsetting if they have undergone an abortion.

MY LITTLE ONE

Today I think of you while I am weeping

And slowly count the lost and empty years;

If you had lived, it would have been your birthday,

Though every day, in truth, is filled with tears.

I try, of course, to think of other matters,

To dust and clean and wash away the pain

And yet the more I try to push you from me,

The deeper in my heart do you remain.

What colour were your eyes, your hair I wonder

Your little ears – what shape would they have been?

I want you, seek you, yearn so much to hold you

But in my searching mind you stay unseen.

If I  had known upon that day the future,

If I had felt the torment I would bear,

If I had not then let them take you from me,

I would not now be slave to this despair.

Within that room of death and dark and coldness

The devil surely did exultant dwell,

For was it not indeed the very annex

Adjacent to the icy halls of hell.

And is it my imagining, I wonder,

When first you felt that sharp, satanic knife,

You cried to me in fear, “What’s happening, Mama?

I beg you, help me … help me … save my life”.

It is a world become malign and shadowed

Where forces cruel, depraved, demonic reign,

Where those who are most innocent and helpless

Are cast away like winnowed husks of grain.

They talk of “women’s choice” and “women’s freedom”

And claim the right to life is theirs alone;

They blind their eyes to those who still lie hidden

Within the womb that they, themselves, have known.

All joy, all hope, all human warmth must perish

When pity, love and trust are thus betrayed,

When frozen hearts and callous hands accomplish

A work that dares destroy what God has made.

And it is He, the Lord of Life, who formed you

And cherishes you now, my little one,

Who will, upon that day when all shall tremble,

Ask why it was this piteous deed was done.

Abortion video-The Silent Scream

Abortion Videos-Here are some ones that have really impacted me

I’ll never forget the day at School we were shown the abortion video “The Silent Scream” in the 80′s. I wasn’t really aware of abortion at the time and had no idea what it  involved ignorance was bliss back then. Back in the eighties words like euthansia and cloning sounded like words from a futuristic and rather scary age and now they’re here. If only…I wanted to share this abortion videos on this blog post with you because I think they’re really important and poignant for these days.

Here’s the You Tube Link to The Silent Scream video

A prophecy was made many years ago that when animal worship became a ‘norm’ as in the treatment and pampering of pets then the sacrifice of children would reach its height.

The Silent Scream

(Warning-Please do not watch this video if you have a medical condition. This video contains graphic and very real violence to anther person)

And here’s a further video relating to partial birth abortion. For example, in  2004 around 3000 of these ‘procedures’ were carried out and 2900 were not for risk to the mother’s health at all.

Definition of Abortion

The definition of abortion=an operation or process to end a pregnancy deliberately

jesus

This photo is used for illustrative purposes only

Abortions, even so called ‘natural’ abortions, don’t happen just by accident. Abortions are a deliberate end to a pregnancy.

A Pregnancy is to carry a foetus in the womb

Although there are such things as ectopic pregnancies which are quite rare, an egg which has been fertilised has a human RIGHT to embed itself in the wall of its mother’s womb. ANY methods which stop this occuring also end a pregnancy deliberately, such methods include the morning after pill and the coil.

Some argue that certain contraceptives which stop a foetus embedding in the wall of the womb (by making the womb wall too thin or ‘hostile’ for the embryo) aren’t a form of abortion because the foetus hasn’t embedded yet.

If you think of this argument logically it doesn’t make sense as the embedding is a matter of time. The abortion still takes place as the living embryo can’t embed in the womb wall and is expelled and therefore dies outside the womb.

An abortion definition such as the true one above leaves little room to argue that abortion isn’t the taking of a small and innocent unborn life.Indeed:

“`Fetal tissue’ implants are not that much different from Nazi lamp shades made of Jewish skin. Both intend to put by-products of murder to good use. – David Kupelian and Mark Masters, journalists

Also embryo and foetal soups made in different parts of the world for their ‘health’ benefits consitute a very worrying phenomenon of human denial.

I also wish to point out to highlight this important definition of abortion the remarkable findings in recent years of the pioneering Dr Stuart Campbell and his 4D foetal scans.

From these amazing 4D scans scientists have discovered that:

  • From 12 weeks, unborn babies can stretch, kick and leap around the womb – well before the mother can ‘feel’ their aerobics!
  • From 18 weeks, unborn babies can open their eyes (previously this was thought of as being at  24 weeks)
  • From 26 weeks old unborn babies show a range of movement typical of baby behaviour and moods, including scratching, smiling, crying, hiccuping, and sucking. This is particularly interesting because smiles (showing signs of  affection) were considered to start after six weeks of birth, not months before birth!

With regard to abortion we can agree with the words of GK Chesterton: “Fallacies do not cease to be fallacies because they become fashions.”

Questions need to be asked and the truth needs to be told.

Abortion Price

pro life

There are many pro life site and each one upholds the right to life of every unborn child. Each abortion ending a child’s life is a very high price to pay for the mother, the family, to the world and to all those the child would have been a friend, co worker, spouse or parent to.

jesus

A Pro choice argument?

Many pro life websites have a high level of persuasion away from the abortion act itself. I was just emailed the following scenario by a friend. Read it and see what you think as it can make you ‘sit up’ and reconsider the perspective..

“A worried woman went to her gynaecologist and said:

‘Doctor, I have a serious problem and desperately need your help! My baby is not even 1 year old, and I’m pregnant again. I don’t want kids so close together.

So the doctor said: ‘Ok and what do you want me to do?’

She said: ‘I want you to end my pregnancy, and I’m counting on your help with this.’

The doctor thought for a little, and after some silence he said to the lady: ‘I think I have a better solution for your problem.   It’s less dangerous for you too.’

She smiled, thinking that the doctor was going to accept her request.

Then he continued: ‘You see, in order for you not to have to take care of two babies at the same time, let’s kill the one in your arms. This way, you could rest some before the other one is born. If we’re going to kill one of them, it doesn’t matter which one it is. There would be no risk for your body if you chose the one in your arms.

The lady was horrified and said: ‘No doctor! How terrible! It’s a crime to kill a child!

‘I  agree’, the doctor replied.  ‘But you seemed to be ok with it, so I thought maybe that was the best solution. The doctor smiled, realizing that he had made his point.

The Doctor had convinced the mother that there was NO difference in killing a child that’s already been born and one that was still in her womb.

In fact the amount of foetuses being destroyed each year globally is equivalent to losing a country’s population a year (chemically or surgically). This fact alone makes you think and wince at the abortion price.

Just think, this loss to the human race is incalcuble.

If you were born after 1967 many of your potential friends, husbands, wives, co-workers have actually been murdered, this is a high abortion price to pay.

This abortion related yahoo answer makes you think too about the high price of abortion which can be avoided!

Abortion Process

Jesus

An abortion process in this day and age can be quick and easy surgically but it still carries risks both articles on abortion psychological and physical. For a woman considering an abortion it’s crucial to find out and educate yourself about abortion processes.

“Do not spoil your future by the wrong way of living which can weigh heavily on your future” Mary the Mother of jesus appeared to a young girl in Rwanda before the genocide there to warn them.

Our decisions weigh heavily on our futures as this abortion process testimony and the information it provides makes clear.

In fact, the way we live now on earth has very important eternal consequences even if you don’t believe in God because He believes in you.

There are many people these days who have ‘died’ and come back having experienced near death experiences. There is one man whom this happened to and his name is  Marino Restrepo (on You Tube also) and this Christian found out to his utter amazement what was in store for him when he died after living what he thought was a ‘good’ life in the eyes of the world of fame and riches and enjoyment!

So too, another woman, a dentist underwent a near death experience after being struck by lightening. Her name is Gloria Pollo and although she had never had an abortion she had advised abortions for some girls. Her remorse was terrible for being involved in abortion.

For the various abortion process methods rather than re-inventing the wheel here is a summary abortion process . It pays to be informed in the long run!

This Site link for me, is one of the most detailed studies there is on abortion process methods which range from surgical abortion to chemical abortion methods and includes partial birth abortions and their explanation. This Site explains clearly how abortion is done and at what stages and how abortion works.

Abortion Facts

abortion facts

Abortion Facts-Is The Foetus or Embryo a Real Human Being?

Abortion facts #1are that by day 20 of a pregnancy  the autonomic nervous system is already well estabilished in an unborn child.

Abortion facts~#2 at just 3 weeks old the heart starts to beat and blood circulates in the body.

Abortion facts~#3 at 6-7 weeks the reflexes are functioning in the nervous system and the brain is already building neural pathways.

Abortion facts~#4 by 8 weeks electrical brain activity is recorded. Everything is in place in the nervous system and brain to see the child through to a ripe old age!

Abortion Facts

These abortion facts and there are many more coming to light with recent medical research and abortion research techniques all make one think about the abortion process and what is really going on!

Although some surgeons claim that foetuses start to develop a minimal brain stem at just  7 weeks old, foetuses can be seen laughing, and dancing in the womb at just 7 weeks old! New 4D videos show this occuring in the womb!

I was thinking the other day. Is someone in a coma or who has lost ‘consciousness’ suddenly a blob of cells and a non human deserving of death? I don’t think so, so why should we treat unborn children any differently?

We must learn to question our assumptions where abortion facts are concerned and learn to question the whole abortion process in our societies and in our ‘culture of death’.

Abortion After Effects

Abortion After Effects and Abortion Risks

Abortion risks for the one in three women in 2008 who had an abortion in the UK who have also had an abortion before are higher for those who have received their first abortion. Abortion treated by many women (including the use of the morning after pill an early abortificant) as a form of contraception carries its own health risks. There are many abortion after effects both physical and emotional which can last for years after the ‘procedure’.

In fact, a major manufacturer of an abortion pill drug states that the whole ordeal can be,  ‘an appalling psychological ordeal’ for women. This is becuase they are going against the deepest dictates of their nature, the instinct inside them to care and nurture their young.

This ordeal can have very painful implications as this excellent abortion risks testimony attests.

Indeed the profound effect on a woman’s psyche of terminating the life of her child cannot be underestimated.

Millions of women however are going through the termination procedures, either chemically or surgically without a thought or without being given the right information about abortion risks, many women regardless of the dangers go through repeat abortions and their esteem and self worth plummet with such desperation:

“When we consider that women are treated as property, it is degrading to women that we should treat our children as property to be disposed of as we see fit” Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Women’s Rights Movement Organizer, October 16, 1887

The time has come to speak out as women, who,  in the name of their ‘rights’ are suffering horrendously and barbarically in their deepest psyches from this big businness and from this terrible crime against them and their wombs where the seedbed of life becomes the tomb of death.

Women are suffering too much in silence from the modern day scourge of abortions and the truth needs to be known. There are many websites dedicated to doing this and one of them is the internationally acclaimed ‘Silent No More’ website which has international campaigns to break the silence and lies about this crime against women and children set up very often by men and misguided women.

Personally I have never met a woman who doesn’t deeply regret her abortion.

Out of the 42 million women a year who globally have (official) abortions (189,100 in the UK for 2009) surely that is a great deal of misery and grief and all in the name of a false and futile freedom.

Abortion just traps women in a cycle of misery and regret.
